I am a qualified personal trainer and advanced nutritional advisor offering classes, personal training, family sessions, kids fitness classes and nutrition consultations. My aim is to make fitness accessible for you especially families and also targeting mental health through exercise.
About Me
Accessible fitness for all
As a professional Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle both mind and body. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to make fitness accessible for everyone and am completely family friendly allowing children to all sessions and also offering kids fitness classes too. I have also designed a class focussing on targeting mental health through exercise and Movement (TMH TEAM).

What I Do

Small Group PT sessions
Look Good, Feel Good
Small group training for a maximum of 8 clients, based on a 6 week programme to build on fitness levels, confidence and strength and stamina. All fitness levels welcome, men and women and anyone over the age of 10.

TRX Suspension Training
Suitable for 8 years and above
Body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Suitable for ages 8+

Kettlebells
Look Good, Feel Good
Total body workout that combines power and strength to build stamina and total body strength. Helps to improve your core strength, posture and strips body fat. Suitable for ages 10+

Hiitsane Kids pt sessions
Making fitness fun for ages 5+
Children’s fitness class from ages 5 + based in the gym where the children are able to use the equipment under the supervision of a qualified personal trainer. The emphasis is on team spirit, getting kids active and making fitness fun.

Private Training
Strength & Stamina
one to one training designed and developed to suit your fitness level, goals and individual injuries and limitations. Sessions include a fitness test at weeks 1 and 6 and you can incorporate nutrition consultations as an extra for a discounted price when you take up both.

Nutrition consultations
Nutrition is key to health
Individual or small group sessions to take an in depth look at what you should be eating compared to what you are eating. This can be done face to face or online and is based on a 6 week consultation looking at macros (fats, carbohydrates and protein) and how much you should be having to sustain a healthy balanced diet. Body measurements can be assessed also if a client chooses to. Meal plans and results are also included.

Boxfit
6 week courses
A 6 week course suitable for all fitness levels, focusing on boxing, fitness circuits and bodyweight exercises.

Emily is a fantastic coach and comes highly recommended by me. She knows how to keep you motivated and keep you in the right frame of mind, her nutritional meals are amazing too.

After joining Emily for a few of her group pt sessions, I finally gained the courage to do some one to one sessions. Those who know me know how much I really hate exercise, but my first session was almost enjoyable!:) Emily is so friendly and supportive, she tries her upmost to distract me from the fact I'm actually exercising. Being a mum Emily totally understands the struggle of childcare and has welcome my 4 year old and 4 month to any sessions. I would highly recommend Emily, she's fab.

VIPT offers an amazing fitness workout and can tailor sessions to meet your needs and fitness goals. Emily also makes delicious portion controlled meals. I am doing both fitness and the meals and have seen great results.
